“Facebook Pixel + Short.cm” Segment

Facebook shows advertisements only for those people who have clicked on a short branded link. Users who were earlier interested in your brand are most likely to complete the desired action on your website.

You can observe both the conversion rate and the click-through rating. The analytical data is displayed in Facebook Ads manager and Short.cm statistics.

To connect Facebook Pixel to Short.cm, you don’t need to be a developer or know all about codes. The only thing you should do is to attach the Short.cm account to the Facebook Pixel ID with the help of Segment app.

  1. Go to your Segment workspace.

  2. Add source. add-source

  3. Connect Website - JavaScript mode. js

  4. Add Short.cm website. add-segment

  5. Choose Settings. segment-settings

  6. Click API Keys. api-key-segment

  7. Copy API Key. copy-api-key

  8. Go to Short.cm account.

  9. Open Integrations & API. integrations-api

  10. Scroll to Segment itegration. Choose a domain, paste API Key and save. segment-api-key

  11. Add Destination. add-destination

  12. Search for Facebook Pixel and click on its icon. segment-fb-pixel

  13. Configure Facebook Pixel. configure-fb-pixel

  14. Select Short.cm website and confirm. confirm-fb-pixel

  15. Go to Events Manager and copy Facebook Pixel ID. event-manager-pixel-id

  16. Paste Pixel ID to Segment and save. segment-fb-pixel-paste pixel-id-segment

  17. Turn on Facebook Pixel Settings. turn-on-fb-pixel

  18. Open Overview page and check if the integration is active. fb-pix-short
